The Platform is a fully integrated combination of the Epicor ERP software and the AutoDesk Fabrication Suite of software, specifically set-up for HVAC Duct Manufacturing Companies. We custom designed, programmed and implemented software to allow the two systems to work together so that Only a single input or import of the customer data is required (as opposed to the common triple input into the estimating, cutting and accounting systems) and the job will flow through the entire system from "Quote to Cash".
Standards - The complete Smacna Duct Construction Standards has been built into the database, including the custom designed labor units that come from 35+ years of time studies and experience of OmniDuct. This use of a common labor database allows benchmarking among all members of MfgSoul.
Security - We are running the software in the Microsoft Azure Cloud solution for maximum security, reliability and uptime. To date we have invested in excess of $5M in this platform and will continue investing in excess of $500k annually.
