Graham holds weekly 30 - 45 minute virtual meetings with representatives from each of the Member companies where subjects such as Standard Work and Process Flow are discussed. Each week has an engaging educational piece as well as process improvement and comparison between facilities.
Sharing in the genius of the many from each of the manufacturing facilities has resulted in vast improvement in throughput for all participating members.
